Can you bathe here with a tattoo?
This is the question we built the site around, so we answer it per situation.
Visiting for the day
The tattoo policy is not stated publicly. Please contact the facility.
How it scores
Every onsen on this site is scored on the same five things.
The baths
Indoor bath
Two separate bathing floors, Tsukimi-no-yu and Momo-no-yu, which swap between men and women on alternating days - so which bath you get depends on the day you turn up.
Open-air bath
Open-air bath on the third floor. It was closed for inspection and repairs during 2025 and the operator announced it back in service on 10 November 2025. There is also a free outdoor foot bath and a drinking-water spring point outside the building.
