The cheapest way to get into real Okinawan hot spring water: 800 yen for an hour, towel and in-house wear included, on the 3rd floor of a fitness club beside Route 330. The water is the same kind of fossil seawater as the famous hotel baths - 8 million years old, from 1,500 m down, run free-flowing and salty enough to keep you warm afterwards - and there is an open-air tub, a cold plunge and a sauna. Nothing about the setting is scenic and there is nowhere to linger, but it is a short walk from the monorail and it opens at 9:00. The tattoo policy is not published anywhere, so call first.

A large bath on the 3rd floor of the sports club, with a cold plunge and a sauna. The water is fossil seawater trapped by crustal movement about 8 million years ago, pumped from 1,500 m down and run free-flowing.

9:00-22:30 Monday to Friday, 9:00-22:00 Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Closed the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (the following Tuesday if that Monday is a public holiday).

800 yen for up to one hour or 1,200 yen with no time limit, for junior high school age and above; 750 yen during service-time windows (weekdays 9:00-17:00 and 20:30-22:30, weekends and holidays 9:00-12:00). Elementary school children and younger pay a flat 400 yen. Adult prices include the bathing tax, a towel and in-house wear, so you can turn up empty-handed; children's prices do not include a towel.

On the 3rd floor of the Xystus Urasoe sports club at Takushi in Urasoe, on Route 330 and a short distance from Furujima station on the Yui Rail monorail; the Sueyoshi-danchi-mae bus stop is nearby. Parking for 300 cars.
