The cheapest way into a hot-spring bath in this set - 620 yen on a weekday - and one of the few places in Chiba that states a cover-sticker route for tattoos in writing. It is a converted resort hotel in the hills above Kimitsu with a restaurant, karaoke and rest rooms, so a long stay is easy, but it is 30 minutes by taxi from the nearest station and there is nothing to walk to.

At Hogi in the hills of Kimitsu. About 30 minutes by taxi from Kimitsu Station on the JR Uchibo line, or 15-20 minutes by car from Kimitsu IC. A Keisei/Nitto highway bus runs from Tokyo Station Yaesu in about 1 hour 10 minutes.
