A large, plainly old-fashioned health-resort inn whose one outstanding feature is the bath: Jisuke-no-yu sits high enough to look clear across to Ise Bay, and day visitors can walk in without booking. The water is described only as containing radon - no analysis or free-flow claim is published - so treat it as pleasant rather than distinctive. There is a Showa-era tea house and a massage room to sit out the afternoon in, but nothing else within walking distance.

Jisuke-no-yu, an open-air bath high on the hillside looking east over Ise Bay, with Komono-Fuji (369 m) alongside. No reservation needed for day visitors.

800 yen on weekdays, 1,000 yen at weekends and on public holidays; children 400 yen either way. Free for overnight guests. Tickets from the machine at the main-building front desk. Face towel sold at 100 yen, bath towel rented at 100 yen. The inn's separate day-trip page still shows an older 600 yen rate, so budget for the higher figure.

Getting there
In the Toriimichi valley at Chikusa, inside the Suzuka Quasi-National Park and a few kilometres from the Yunoyama Onsen village itself. The inn runs a free pick-up from Kintetsu Yunoyama-Onsen Station; by car it is about 5 minutes from Komono IC on the Shin-Meishin Expressway. The cable car that used to link the two buildings has been stopped for safety reasons and the front desk moved to the first floor of the main building.
