A day-use bathhouse built for one thing: an open-air bath facing straight out at the Pacific, with a view restaurant serving the local catch above it. The water is what the operator calls ancient fossil seawater, which makes it a heavy salt bath rather than a bland one, though no spring analysis is published. Tattoos are refused at the door, in writing, with no private-bath exemption.

Adults 1,000 yen on weekdays, 1,200 yen at weekends and on public holidays, and 1,400 yen on peak days. Children 600 / 700 / 800 yen. A private tatami room is rented separately by the hour (1,200-1,600 yen). A book of ten bathing tickets is 8,500 yen.

On the coast at 256-25 Onuki, Oarai Town, south of the ferry port. Roughly 10 minutes by car or taxi from Oarai Station on the Oarai Kashima Line; there is no frequent bus, so a car or taxi is the practical way here.
