The strongest water on this coast: a sodium chloride spring drawn from 1,504 m that the operator describes as hypertonic and more than 26 times the minimum standard for mineral content, which makes it a genuinely heavy salt bath rather than a warm-water one. The hinoki open-air bath faces Ajigaura beach and is kept hot at 43-44C. Five private family baths make it one of the few places in Ibaraki where a group can bathe alone, though no tattoo policy is published, so the private baths cannot be promised as a workaround without asking first. Walkable from the end of the Hitachinaka Seaside Railway.

At 3290 Ajigaura-cho, Hitachinaka City, directly facing Ajigaura beach. About 10 minutes on foot from Ajigaura Station, the terminus of the Hitachinaka Seaside Railway, and a short drive from Hitachi Seaside Park.
