The domed 'Roman bath' hall survives from the 1938 building and three spring types are served here, with a Japanese-garden open-air bath set beside a waterfall. There is a single free-flowing salt-spring family bath that day visitors may book, though the standard bathing fee is charged on top of it.

One family bath (salt spring, free-flowing), 50 minutes for 4,400 yen including tax, for up to 4 people with two washing stations. Reservation strongly advised as there is only one. Day visitors may use it but must also pay the day-use bathing fee on top.

Day-use bathing is not available over the New Year period, and can be suspended or shortened at short notice; the hotel asks you to check its news page. Getting there
At 154 Noboribetsu-Onsencho on the hot-spring street. The hotel runs no shuttle from the station: take the Donan Bus from JR Noboribetsu Station (450 yen one way, 12-15 minutes) or a taxi (about 2,500-2,800 yen, 20% more after 22:00). The 'Yuyu Liner' bus connects from Sapporo.
