A roadside super-sento in the rice fields of northern Lake Biwa that doubles as an all-night stopover: bathe from 6 am to midnight, then sleep in the lounge or a rental room. The water is a genuine sodium chloride-bicarbonate spring from 1,500 m, but nothing is said about free flow and most of the tubs are jet baths. Cheap on weekdays at 900 yen without towels. Tattoos are refused at the door.

Indoor bath

Main bath, round jacuzzi, jet lie-down bath and figure-eight jet bath on both sides. Women also get a herbal mist sauna and a 'shape-up' bath; men get a high-temperature sauna and a far-infrared sauna. Water from 1,500 m down.

Bathing 6:00-24:00 (last entry 23:00); the building stays open 24 hours for lounge guests. Closed the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month for maintenance (in September 2026: the 9th and 24th)

Bath-only course (no loungewear or towels): 900 yen on weekdays and 1,200 yen at weekends and on holidays for ages 13 and up; children aged 4-12 500/700 yen. Members pay 700/900 yen (joining fee 500 yen, no annual fee). The 'Yuttari' course with loungewear, towels and the co-working lounge is 1,600/1,800 yen and allows up to 27 hours from 6:00; staying between midnight and 6:00 adds 2,000 yen. Under-18s cannot stay between 23:00 and 5:00 without a guardian.

In rural Takatsuki in northern Nagahama. About 5 minutes on the Kokoku bus from JR Kinomoto Station, 20 minutes by taxi or Kokoku bus from JR Nagahama, or a 30-minute walk from JR Takatsuki Station. By car 5 minutes from Kinomoto IC on the Hokuriku Expressway.
