Suspended since 29 March 2026. It had been open 10:00-19:00 from April to October and 10:00-18:00 from November to March, closed on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

Nasushiobara City is refunding unused ticket books until 31 March 2027, which suggests the closure is not expected to be reversed.

Getting there: At 3090-6 Momomura, Nasushiobara, in the Itamuro hot-spring valley on the Naka river. The city has shut the building because of its age, so Itamuro's cheap public bathing option is gone; the ryokan in the village still take day visitors.
