- Yes — you can bathe without staying overnight.10:00-21:00 (last entry 20:30); foot bath 10:00-22:30; closed the first Tuesday of each month (the following day if that is a public holiday)
- Day visit price
- ¥500500 yen for junior high school age and above, 300 yen for elementary school children, bathing tax included. Free-flowing spring water. The foot bath by the entrance is free. This is the cheapest and easiest bath for anyone doing the Jigokudani snow monkeys as a day trip, because it is behind the station you are already standing at.

- Directly behind Yudanaka Station, the terminus of the Nagano Dentetsu line from Nagano and the transfer point for the bus to the Jigokudani Monkey Park. No car needed; this is the most convenient onsen in the valley for train travellers.
