The baths
Indoor bath
Large high-concentration carbonated spring bath, a daily-changing novelty bath and a fine-bubble 'silk bath'. A separate stone sauna (ganbanyoku) with loyly and a 4,000-volume manga library is available for an extra fee.

- ¥850Adults (junior high school age and up) ¥850, children aged 4 to 12 ¥400, 3 and under free. The stone sauna (ganbanyoku) is an extra ¥750 for adults and cannot be used without a bath ticket. The admission fee applies even if you do not bathe.

Why not the train: the last leg to an onsen is usually a local bus with nowhere to put a suitcase. A fixed-price car is booked in English and quoted before you travel, tolls and fuel included.
