Tattoos not allowed (day visit)

Can you bathe here with a tattoo?

This is the question we built the site around, so we answer it per situation.

Visiting for the day

No — tattooed guests are turned away

Guests with tattoos are refused entry to the facility, so private baths are not an option either.

An adults-only spa on the top floors of a car-park building beside Ikebukuro Station: polished, calm and open almost around the clock, with lounges, dining and body care that make a long stay easy. The water is heated and treated rather than a natural hot spring, and the open-air carbonated tub looks out on nothing but sky.

Scored from official photos, maps and transport information — not from a visit.

The baths

Indoor bath

Gender-separated indoor bathing floor. The official facility page describes 'a variety of spas, open-air baths and saunas' without naming individual tubs.

Open to day visitors

Open-air bath

The official facility index lists open-air baths (露天風呂) among the spa facilities. The composition of the open-air area is not itemised on the official site.
