The baths
Indoor bath
Large indoor bathing floor with high-concentration carbonated baths (one kept at body temperature), a cold plunge and saunas known for loyly sessions. The water is not natural hot spring water.
Open-air bath
A natural-stone open-air bath. The official bath page states it is filled with ARTIFICIAL hot spring water that recreates onsen minerals - this is not a natural onsen.

- Day visit price
- ¥1,5001,500 yen on weekdays for the main 09:30-02:00 session; 1,950 yen on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The morning bath (06:30-08:30) is 1,050 yen weekday / 1,250 yen weekend. Staying past 02:00 costs an additional 2,600 yen late-night charge. Admission includes a rental towel set.

Why not the train: the last leg to an onsen is usually a local bus with nowhere to put a suitcase. A fixed-price car is booked in English and quoted before you travel, tolls and fuel included.
