The baths
Indoor bath
A small municipal-style bathhouse a minute's walk from Ohama beach - the obvious stop after a swim.
Private (kashikiri) bath
Outside summer, the whole bath can be booked privately from 9:00 to 15:00: entry fee plus 2,000 yen for two hours, reserved three days in advance. This is a genuine whole-bath-to-yourself option rather than a small private tub.
A private bath means nobody else is in the water with you — often the practical answer if the shared baths are closed to tattooed guests.

- ¥600600 yen for adults, 200 yen for children aged 6-11. A private booking costs the entry fee plus 2,000 yen for two hours, reserved by the morning three days ahead on 0558-55-0311, and is not available in the summer season.
